ECCI hosts free seminar on Performance Management

There is a growing demand for awareness among business nowadays in terms of improving productivity at work while looking closely at employee-manager relationships. The answer is to create systems that work and stimulate people?s thinking about Performance Management.
This is the main topic of the seminar entitled ?Performance Management ? Attract, Develop and Retain Talents" which will be hosted by ECC International, one of Asia?s leading training and consulting firms, this Friday, May 19, at the SPRING Singapore. Mr. Narayanan Sreenivas, managing director of ECCI Group of Companies will talk on the key components in designing and implementing an effective performance management system (PMS).
Discussions will also draw concepts from Performance Measurement, People Management, including People CMM, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement and Total Quality Management.
Target participants include senior management, Human Resources directors / managers and training managers.
