ECCI Prepares the First CMMI L5 Home-grown Company
Sistem Kompakar Sdn Bhd, one of the largest IT groups in Malaysia, is scheduled for CMMI Level 5 appraisal starting next week. This is a remarkable milestone for Kompakar as it becomes the first home-grown IT company in Malaysia to be appraised CMMI L5. Kompakar embarked on this quality journey towards achieving excellence in software development in 3Q2004 and appointed ECCI as its principal consultant. One of its subsidiaries, e-Retail Sdn Bhd, is simultaneously implementing ITIL, the de facto glabal standard for IT service management. ECCI is proud to be involved in this very significant initiative by the Sistem Kompakar Group.
