BPO Seminar 2006 - Public/Private Sector Exchange
The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Seminar is the first single day event, held on 12 January 2006 to be organized by Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) and supported by Ministry of Finance (MOF) to bring demand and supply together. The main objectives of this seminar are for public and private sector clients to interact and share insights on common best practices, processes, problems, pitfalls, and challenges via conference tracks. It also aims for the facilitation to induce interaction between clients and solution providers via a mini-trade fair. Exhibitors consisting or local and foreign players can showcase their outsourcing solution and increase their corporate visibility through this event. This will also serve the function of exposing for potential clientele to more varied options of solution provider.
